learn how to study spoken english quickly

I just find a new book,1-4-1 English and rich life.it tells people how to learn spoken English quickly.It is writen by one boy from CHina. In this book, it tells us that repeat is the key factor to grasp spoken English.When you see someboy more than three times, then you will remember him forever.When you do something more than fifty times, you will feel it is an easy thing. Learning spoken English is the same thing. You just need to obey this rule and repeat what you are studying to some times.then you will remember it and then you act it in a new situation, You will grasp it.I have tried many times, it is a good way. At first i find that i recite one passage difficultly.But when i use 1-4-1 English rule and read it aloud more than fifty times, i find that i can remember it almost. It is curious!
